We are working to include free delivery for most products, it just makes it easier for you and avoids nasty surprises when you go to check out. We endeavor to have your items on their way to you within 2 working days of receiving your order. Expect delivery to take between 1 and 7 days depending upon where you are located. We will update you with the tracking number and more accurate expected delivery when your order is dispatched. If you have chosen to pay via bank deposit, we will prepare the goods for shipment. However, we require the funds to be cleared before we ship the goods.
You have a legal right to a refund if the goods are damaged, faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description. Please Contact Us with your order number and details so we can solve the problem.
